Can't tell you how happy it makes me to see the old park is come back to life . My best memorize growing up were at the park . I'm already on the list of volunteers to help clean up but last fall and spring i was unable to come .hopfully I'll be able to put some time in this fall . Keep up the good work everyone . Conneaut lake park it's like my 2nd home , me and my family love the old place .Jerry Simmons

I just want to say superb job on the Ballroom! I look forward to seeing similar restorations throughout the hotel that return things to their original form. One thing that has bothered me about the hotel (and I guess it's just a pet peeve of mine) is that when they put that white rubber roof on the veranda, they covered the red shingle. I hope that when you replace the roof in the future, you either return it to it's original red tin roof (like what still appears on the cupola on top) or at least red shingles again. Thank you for what you're doing and keep it up!

I have been coming to CLP since I was A child. All grown up now, I have seen the park through the good times and bad.Our family had all our summer picnics there. ANd to see that the hotel looks so very good makes me very happy. This place is very charming and should be seen and treasured by all.It was so nice last year to come up and visit the park and walk through the hotel. I was sadden to hear about the fire. what a shame. I do hope that something will be built in that area where the ballroom once stood.I plan to make a return visit this summer in 2010 and Im looking forward to seeing the rebuilt boardwalks progress. I am so excited the park will open again. I am 59 and have been going there
since I was a young child. As an adult we brought friends with us every weekend
until there was a charge to enter.It just became to expensive. We have a place there and no one wants to visit
without the park. Keep up the good work
and we will surely support the park!
